Tracing its origin back to 19th century Britain, the modern day Football, commonly referred to as Soccer in Europe, is the world’s most popular game. The nature of the game needs the players to be sprinting, running fast or slow, and  covering distances across the field.

As play during Football is continuous, it is great for fitness and cardiovascular health. It can also be a great sport for kids who may not have high levels of athletic ability, but who would like to participate in team sports.
